POLITICAL PORN
The NRA put an ad out last night attacking the President's family/. It is an attack on the President's comment that having police in he schools might not be the best solution to the gun debate.
We usually don't put disgusting things on this site but this is so bad, so unfair and so politically inept, we're putting it.
Look for more of the same......because in this debate against a President who said he will not take away any one's guns and will protect the Second Amendment....this is all these pathetic cowards have.

I didn't pay much attention to it but you said it was disgusting so I watched.
Seems OK to me but maybe I'm desensitized after all the stuff I saw and heard about Bush and Cheney and those nasty rotten Republicans.
So what am I missing here because I understand how he comes off like this.
Almost unbelieveable, but not when you consider where the ad came from. The Presidents children are out of bounds to any decent respectible person or group. Therein lies the answer and the explanation! Neither the children of the Chief Exec or the children of Newtown are off limits to these fanatics who misread and misrepresent the Second Amendment in the first place. Read it particularly the first sentence which is always ignored! Too bad but there is more to come rest assured! Guns dont kill people, people with guns kill people. Some folks shouldnt have power and some shouldnt have guns.

Hey Notre Dame, just got a call from Knute Rockne and he thinks this whole story is about as real as the legend of the Gipper, George Gipp not the former President! The non existent girlfriend and the cover up make no sense, but the players explanation and the fact that ND is running with it takes the cake!

and yet he still put his kids ...along with a good many other of the political class in Washington in a school with as rumor has it 11 armed security people but scoffed at us mere peons having the same level of protection as his children do ... and when he signs these orders who does he surround himself with ....children .... is this one of his GOOD FOR ME BUT NOT THEE moments
The president opened the door when he used kids as background candy, going so far as to say their letters influenced him. So NOW children are Presidential Advisers!?

Sorry can't agree with you on this one. It wasn't an attack on his kids, it was demonstrating how the president's kids and other who attend the same school, receive armed protection.
It demonstrates classic liberal hypocrisy; much as George Orwell demonstrated in animal farms: The rules apply to everyone, excpet the pigs.
